JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Aandar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017, for the offences punishable under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution is that some people were apprehended while they were fleeing away from the place of occurrence. A Bullet motorcycle as well as some money was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The further allegation is that the motorcycle does not belong to the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are young persons having a good educational career. It

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37708 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal history and they are in custody since 18.7.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners, named above, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two local sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIX, Siwan, in connection with Aandar P.S.
