The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 79 of 2014, G.R. No. 395 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 386 and 387/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner is of demanding ransom of Rs. 3 lacs from the informant and apart from that, he is an accused in thirty two cases from different nature and the present case is under Sections 386 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case there has been compromised between both the parties, which will appear from Annexure-2 and the petitioner is in custody since

Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation and back ground of the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and his prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sudha/- U T
