JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 265 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since this application arises out of a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29223 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 the Indian Penal Code, considering the gravity of the offence and nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners, above named, the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
