Patna High Court CWJC No.16050 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 2/3 ======================================================= 21-01-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s :- "(i) For quashing the list of disqualified directors to the extent that it included the name of the petitioner, issued by the respondent no.4 and same has been published upon the official website of the respondent Ministry whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been declared disqualified from the post of Director for the period from 01.11.2018 to 31.10.2023 and following disqualification order the DIN has been de-activated.

The petitioner further prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus: (ii) For direction to the respondent concerned to expunge the name of the petitioner from the list of disqualified directors of struck off company and the DIN of the petitioner may be re-activated.

For any other relief or reliefs, either independently or consequentially, in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as it has become infructuous. Permission granted.
