The petitioners No.1, 3 and 4 being the mother-in-law, father-in-law and Devar of the deceased lady are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary was called for, which has since been received.
Earlier unmarried Nanad, namely, Rima Kumari
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27595 of 2016 (3) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 (Petitioner no.2) had been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after perusal of the case diary submits that there is sufficient material in the case diary to indicate the complicity of the present petitioners in the occurrence.
Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Krishnawati Devi, Madan Sharma and Guddu Sharma @ Guddhu Kumar Sharma. It is thus rejected. The application for regular bail, however, may be considered without being prejudiced of this order. (Anjana Mishra, J.) ravi/- U T
