2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, petitioner along with other accused persons had surrounded the house of the informant and had started firing indiscriminately, with an intention to kill him.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44605 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 2/2 anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.2.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 91855 of 2025 with a condition that his antecedent will be verified and upon verification, one case was found against him and therefore his bail bonds were not accepted. Thereafter the petitioner surrendered and is in custody since 13.05.2026.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Court where the case is pending, in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Fullidumar Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
