Permission is accorded.

The petitioners shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit within the statutory period.

Learned counsel for the private respondent nos. 10 and 11 submits that he will be communicating this order passed in the present writ application to their clients. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ application is disposed of.
