The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikroul P.S. Case No.23 of 2016, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Though some accused persons are named in the F.I.R. the petitioner is not named therein. Name of the petitioner had transpired during investigation in the confessional statement. Considering the aforesaid material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50807 of 2017 (4) dt.15-01-2018 P2/ aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
