The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that earlier also the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail which was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53801 of 2018.

The petitioner has again approached this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51920 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 for grant of anticipatory bail.

No new ground has been raised by the petitioner in the present bail petition.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the bail petition of the petitioner may be considered by the learned Court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
