BAJANTHRI) 02-01-2024 The present MJC (contempt) is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 23.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 7681 of 2021 read with the petitioner's representation within a period of three months from the date of petitioners representation. However, orders have been passed on 16.12.2023 and it is not within the time limit stipulated. There is no application for seeking extension of time to comply the orders of this Court in CWJC No. 7681 of 2021.

2. Taking note of delay in complying the orders, this Court impose cost of a sum of Rs. 5,000/- . Cost shall be paid within a period of eight weeks from today to the petitioner. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 16.12.2023 in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid, the present contempt proceeding stands dropped.
