The petitioner has sought for the following relief in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4444 of 2011(7) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 the present writ application:- (I) That the order bearing Memo No.448 dated 31.08.2010 passed by respondent No.10 contained in Annexure 4 may be quashed.

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of this order. In case any such appeal is filed by the petitioner, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of filing of such appeal. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
