JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Revilganj P.S. Case No. 284 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of POCSO Act. In the written report there is allegation against the petitioner that he has committed unnatural act with son of the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that trial has proceeded and the statement of victim and other witnesses have also been recorded by the court below.

In such circumstances, this application is disposed off with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass
