In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 702 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made of submission of the fake certificate. It also appears, not only the fake certificate has been submitted, but an U.P.C. has been produced, which has been issued on 27th June 2015 to show that she has tendered registration. The Postal Department has closed the process of U.P.C. from the year 2011 and it appears that it is a fake document.

As it appears, the petitioner has tried to obtain the order from this Court by using the forged certificate. One Uttam Raj has sworn an affidavit as younger brother of the petitioner.
Let the Registrar (Vigilance) hold an enquiry and lodge a first information report against the person, who has sworn the affidavit.
The petitioner may surrender before the court below and make a prayer for bail and the court below will pass the order in accordance with law.
