The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/354/ 332/353/153A/323/295/295A/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the order dated 23.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86650 of 2019 (Annexure-2), the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
