JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47681 of 2014 to the extent that amount of Rs. 10,000 and 16,000/- were given to the teacher of the school namely Madhuri Kumari through two cheques in pursuance to the resolution of the Managing Committee dated 17.01.2013 and the same has subsequently been credited in the account of said Madhuri Kumari. Though it was only recorded in the order dated 06.08.2015 that the petitioner deposited Rs. 26,000/-. The learned counsel for the State after going through the records submits that petitioner deposited Rs.

26,000/- through two cheques in the account of Madhuri Kumari and alleged amount got credited in her account. In the circumstance, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is extended by further period of two months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44670 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 Prasad Singh will be confirmed by learned Court below after verifying the fact that Rs. 26,000/- has already been credited in the account of the Madhuri Kumari.

Accordingly the order dated 06.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47681 of 2014 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
