The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.33 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail by the police and the petitioner is being sought to be arrested.

In terms of the judgment of Sushila Agrawal Vs. the State held in 2020 (5) SCC Page 1, if the petitioner has already been granted bail by this court shall remain continued on bail.
