Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier the petitioner and three others were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1122 of 2019, but the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within time. In the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner has filed the present modification application for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

Considering the reason assigned in this modification application, the same is allowed. The petitioner is granted 15 days (Fifteen days) further time from the date of communication of this order to surrender before the court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad).
