Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. No. 327 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(a), 341, 323, 307 and 120(b) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2021. Considering the allegations and period of custody and considering Annexure-II, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42111 of 2022(3) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. No. 327 of 2021.

The petitioner will not stay in Araria during the pendency of the trial and will visit Araria only on the date of trial.

With the aforesaid direction, this application for regular bail stands allowed.
