The petitioner No.1 is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault by the petitioners due to which the son of the informant namely Mantu Kumar sustained injuries.

No.51543 of 2021(3) dt.08-08-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 that at earlier point of time, the wife of petitioner No. 1 has filed Khudwan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021 against the informant and her husband and son under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter the present case has been registered against the petitioners. In the case lodged by the petitioners' side, they received injuries. From perusal of the injury report of the injured, it appears that no abnormality was found by the doctor. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner No. 1 has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner No. 1, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions
