JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12706 of 2022.

It appears that vide order dated 19.07.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of the trial was called for and in pursuance to the direction of this Court, the report has been received and it has been kept at Flag-R.

The report of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st, Chapra dated 27.07.2023 suggests that trial will be concluded within a period of six months.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months.
