The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 284 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The Forensic Science Laboratory has reported that CELPHOS was discovered in the viscera of the deceased lady. There is specific allegation against the present petitioner and as such, I am not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail of the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
