JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners seek bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 563 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06-02-201. he is not named in the written report and no TIP has been done. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused, Munna Kumar Singh.

As per written report, two unknown persons snatched golden chain of the wife of the informant.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35430 of 2017 (2) dt.31-07-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 563 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Motihari, East Champaran subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
