Mr. Murli Dhar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 436, 379, 448, 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of setting the informant house on fire by the accused persons including this petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that according to the prosecution case, the accused persons shut the door of the informant and set the fire in the informant's house. It is also a case of the prosecution that this petitioner also sprinkled the kerosene oil and set on fire in the western portion of the informant's house. It is also submitted that co-accused being two ladies, have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura. It is also submitted that the house hold articles and other materials burnt in this occurrence but no one person get harm or sustained any injury.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named being a lady in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
