2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 4 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has no concern with regard to the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 07.1.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali/ concerned Court in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 04 of2025.
