The four petitioners herein apprehending their arrest in Sikraul P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 registered under minor penal provisions of IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act have filed the present application for anticipatory bail. The Office-in-charge lodged the case alleging that on the information he went to the site and found that two groups were involved in fighting over a piece of land. Firing was shot from both sides causing injury to none.
The contention of the petitioners is that they have no criminal antecedents. Some of them are female members. No
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49170 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 specific role of causing injury has been attributed to them. Other accused(s) of this case have since been released on anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47147 of 2015.
Considering the above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Sikraul P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be their own/close family members. In the event of framing of charge, they shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel their bail bonds.
