ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/427/307/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the petitioner was not named in the First Information Report, but subsequently, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the later statement made by the students who had gathered at the place of occurrence and as such he is apprehending his arrest. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that name of the petitioner has come only on mere speculation and not otherwise. No specific role has been attributed to him and he is also not having any criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32436 of 2016 (2) dt.10-01-2017 P2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 76/2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
