It has been alleged by the informant that two persons who are petitioners were apprehended while taking out money from a cash box from a shop belonging to one Pankaj Choudhary, Medicine Trader. It has also been disclosed that these two persons have also taken away money from his shop about a month ago. Pankaj Choudhary, the victim has not come forward to institute the case.

Both the petitioners are under custody since 16.06.2017 without having criminal antecedents as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioners, Vikash Kumar and Narendra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34347 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-Gopalganj in Barauli PS Case No. 117/2017.
