2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act, pending in the learned court below.

3. Prosecution case is that informant got secret information that the petitioner and others co-accused engaged in unloading and distributing the liquor consignment to other small traders. When the informant raid the place of occurrence, three persons apprehended and from them, desi made pistol and live cartridges recovered and one co-accused disclosed the name of the person who fled away from the place of the occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner have got two criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
