JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of Cr.Misc.No. 23265 of 2017, which was dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 11.5.2017. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he has complied the order but not correctly, as such, the said application was dismissed for non-compliance and he has prayed for restoration of the said case.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, Cr.Misc.No. 23265 of 2017 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order must be complied with within two weeks. This application is, accordingly, allowed subject to the aforesaid condition.
