Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 448, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner along with other accused persons entered into the shop and assaulted the informant and his family members. They also ransacked the goods kept in the shop. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that there is case and

He submits that the learned court below has disposed of the bail application of the petitioner without injury report and case diary. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.
Learned counsel for the informant has produced the injury report before this Court in which it is found that the injury upon the victim is grievous in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022.
