Petitioner seeks bail in Vishnupad P.S. Case No.32 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father of the deceased. He has filed case levelling allegation against the accused persons, as named in the written report, for committing murder of his daughter. The police during investigation has made this petitioner accused although there was no reliable evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50669 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.32 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
