JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to partition dispute, the informant was assaulted by the petitioners, who are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that simple altercation took place and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and both sides have compromised.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31205 of 2016 (4) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Ist, Sheikhpura in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No.14 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
