This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S.Case No.162 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one stolen motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that it had been parked by co-accused and the petitioner has nothing to do with the same. Further submission is that after framing of charge in this case he has been made accused in two other cases also. Now he is n custody for more than 3 1⁄2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.35347 of 2017 (2) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner may renew is prayer for bail after framing of the charge or completion of six months in custody, whichever is earlier.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
