This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Guraru P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 304, 419 & 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53766 of 2019, by which similarly situated co-accused person namely, Dr. Ravindra Singh Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53766 of 2019, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
