2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is accused of snatching a gold chain from the neck of the informant. The petitioner has been identified in CCTV footage. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2025.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
