The petitioners who are in custody seek bail in connection with Sonversa Raj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners are that one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that nothing has been recovered either from the possession or from the house of the petitioners. But motorcycle is said to be recovered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38803 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 from the field of Yogendra Sharma and they are innocent have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are in custody since 06.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa, in connection with Sonversa Raj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017.
