Having regard to the fact that the direction given by this Court in the order dated 2.8.2013 has already been complied by way of appointment of the petitioner, this Court would not find
Patna High Court MJC No.1099 of 2014 (2) dt.04-09-2015 any reason to entertain this contempt application, inasmuch as, if the salary of the petitioner is not being paid, the remedy for her will be before the competent tribunal.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
