2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 468, 471, 467 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that she got appointment as a Panchayat teacher on the basis of forged documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has

It is further submitted from para-7 of this petition that the Registration number of the petitioner is 223579/03 and the Admit card was issued for appearing in the Madhyma Examination bearing Roll Code2008, Roll No. 294, is same Registration number and in support of this, Annexure-2 and 3 have been annexed in this petition. It is also submitted that the petitioner was not given any opportunity of hearing to prove her innocence and to prove the genuineness of her certificate of Madhyama. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, she is languishing in judicial custody since 29.03.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state and learned Law Officer on behalf of the Vigilance have opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts that petitioner being a lady as well as her period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
