====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Seeking modification of the order dated 14.12.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.21037/2012, in fact, what the petitioner wants is the amendment of the cause title wherein his father's name is wrongly mentioned. There is no error in the order passed by this Court. Prayer made by the petitioner is to correct the cause title by mentioning the correct name. Once the writ petition has been disposed of, the same cannot be permitted and, therefore, no case is made out for modification.
