JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mehasi P.S. Case No.63 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases registered between the parties and the injuries are of simple in nature. Learned counsel submits that no case under 307 IPC is made out.

Taking into consideration that there is quarrel between the family members and all the members of the family are
