The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to dismiss/discharge the respondent no. 7 who has been appointed Anganwari Sevika in the Anganwari Centre Chaukhandi Navdurgey Code No. 137, Khandakpar Ward No. 30, P.S. Biharsharif, Block Biharsharif, District Nalanda; and for appointment of the petitioner on the said post.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection on the ground of non-maintainability of the present writ petition in view of the alternative remedy available to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18375 of 2010 dt.27-07-2017 the petitioner according to the relevant guidelines by way of a complaint petition before the District Magistrate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid stand of the respondents.

5. Having regard to the above, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities for redressal of her grievance.
