JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-03-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that encroachment case has been brought to its logical conclusion but it has been found that there is still an encroachment on public land by one Hira Raut, however, the same was not subject matter of the present encroachment proceeding.
Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of
Patna High Court CWJC No.5376 of 2014 (5) dt.11-03-2016 2/2 in view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. So far encroachment on another plots are concerned, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to approach the Circle Officer concerned for initiation of a proceeding upon any public land which has been encroached by somebody.
