The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 489(A)(B)(C) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of Rs.60,000/- counterfeit currency notes.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew the
