2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to enhance the payment of compensation to the petitioner as the acquired land of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9726 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 petitioner is situated under Nagar Parisahd, Araria but the compensation amount given to the petitioner has been fixed as per the circle rate of Itahara Gram Panchayat.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority.
