JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 This is an application for modification of order dated 08.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49196 of 2015, arising out of Phulparas P.S.Case No. 75 of 2015,pending in the court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to motorcycle accident he could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated period granted by this court. He prays for extension of time.

Three weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

The order dated 08.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49196 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above. This application is, thus, disposed of.
