Ranjan, J.C. to G.P. 17 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-05-2017 Keeping in view the order passed by the respondents deciding the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of salary recording various reasons, I find that it is not a fit case where action for contempt should be initiated against the respondents. In case petitioner has any grievance with regard to the manner in which the order (Annexure-A) dated 30th of May, 2014 has been passed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same afresh in accordance with law.
