Misc. no. 35140/2015 needs modification.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in title cause of Cr. Misc. no. 35140/2015 within course of the day and similarly, father's name of the petitioner be corrected in title cause of order dated 25.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 35140/2015 in the light of submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, order dated 25.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 35140/2015 stands modified to the above stated extent and this modification petition stands disposed of.
