2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1877 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. From perusal of the report of Mediation Centre dated 27.11.2024, it appears that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been resolved.
4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

No.44250 of 2024(5) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 surrender within eight weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 1877 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
