Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kursella P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 registered under Sections341, 323, 307, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence when the informant was at his field, this petitioner came to him and assaulted him with fists slaps and bamboo stick.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury report does not support the allegations levelled against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner had earlier filed a case against the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38530 of 2016 (3) dt.19-12-2016 Considering the fact that there is specific allegation of assault against this petitioner due to which the informant became unconscious, I do not feel inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
