The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2022 and there is no specific allegation that he has shot at the victim. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed on
